| Ingredients: |
Dry:
1 cup unbleached flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
2 scoops GeniSoy®
Ultra-XT Protein Powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Liquid:
3/4 cup water
2 Tbsp. Oil |

| Instructions: |
- In a food processor, mix together the
dry ingredients
- Mix the liquid ingredients together
- Pour it in the processor while it is
running
- Process until the dough forms a ball
- Separate the dough into 8 balls and
roll out into 8-inch rounds
- Cook each tortilla on a hot griddle
on both sides until it bubbles up, making
golden brown spots all over
- Store inside a towel while cooking the
remaining tortillas
- Serve hot
