1 cup skim milk
1/2 banana
1/2 cup fresh or frozen unsweetened strawberries (do not thaw)
2 scoops Strawberry Personal Edge® Fat Metabolizer Drink Mix
1 bottle (10-oz.) cherry-flavored sparkling water (Ozarka), chilled
 
Instructions:
  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in container of an electric blender
  2. Process until smooth
  3. Pour fruit mixture into a 16-oz. glass
