Trail Mix Bars

This creation tastes great and may kept in a freezer bag in the freezer for a quick snack.

PREP TIME: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
3 T. honey
2 T. peanut butter
2 c. Zoe Foods Flax & Soy Granola Cranberries Currants
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup chopped toasted cashews
2 T. sesame seeds
 
Instructions:
  1. Combine the peanut butter and honey in a medium-sized bowl; mix until well blended.
  2. Combine the remaining ingredients together and mix into the honey/peanut butter mixture. Stir with a spoon until nuts and seeds are well-coated.
  3. Spray an 8"x8" baking pan with nonstick spray. Press mixture down into the pan. Place the pan in the freezer to harden, about 30 minutes. Once hard, you may cut into squares. Store in the freezer.
