1/2 cup crumbled extra-firm silken tofu
2 Tbsp. GeniSoy®
Ultra-XT Vanilla Shake
4 tsp. Grade A maple syrup
Pinch salt
1 Tbsp. canola oil
1/4 tsp. coconut extract |

and process until very smooth.
- This can be refrigerated for several
days.
