Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 cup skim milk
1 cup fresh or unfrozen unsweetened strawberries (do not thaw)
1/2 cup fat-free vanilla ice cream
2 scoops Strawberry Personal Edge Fat Metabolizer Drink Mix
Fresh strawberry for garnish (optional)
 
Instructions:
  1. Combine fist 4 ingredients in container of an electric blender
  2. Process until smooth
  3. Pour into a 12-oz. glass
  4. Garnish with strawberry if desired
