4 4-inch
round purchased shortcakes, torn into bite-size
pieces
1 box (.3-oz.) sugar-free strawberry-flavored
gelatin
1 cup boiling water
3 scoops Strawberry
Personal Edge® Fat Metabolizer Drink Mix
1 cup cold water
2 cups sliced fresh of frozen unsweetened
strawberries, thawed

| Instructions: |
- Place cake pieces equally into four
10-oz. dessert bowls; set aside
- In a medium bowl, combine gelatin and
boiling water; stir until gelatin dissolves
- Stir in cold water, strawberries, and
Strawberry Personal Edge®.
- Cover and refrigerate until mixture
mounds slightly when dropped from a spoon
- Spoon evenly over cake pieces in bowls
- Refrigerate until set
- Garnish with fresh strawberries if desired
