Strawberry Shortcake Dessert

Ingredients:
4 4-inch round purchased shortcakes, torn into bite-size pieces
1 box (.3-oz.) sugar-free strawberry-flavored gelatin
1 cup boiling water
3 scoops Strawberry Personal Edge® Fat Metabolizer Drink Mix
1 cup cold water
2 cups sliced fresh of frozen unsweetened strawberries, thawed

Instructions:
  1. Place cake pieces equally into four 10-oz. dessert bowls; set aside
  2. In a medium bowl, combine gelatin and boiling water; stir until gelatin dissolves
  3. Stir in cold water, strawberries, and Strawberry Personal Edge®.
  4. Cover and refrigerate until mixture mounds slightly when dropped from a spoon
  5. Spoon evenly over cake pieces in bowls
  6. Refrigerate until set
  7. Garnish with fresh strawberries if desired
