| Ingredients: |
1 package
(10-oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and
squeezed dry
1 can (14-oz.) artichoke hearts, drained and
chopped
2 scoops Vanilla
Personal Edge® Fat Metabolizer Drink Mix
3 oz. fat-free, light, or regular cream cheese,
softened
1/2 cup nonfat sour cream
2 Tbsp. minced green onion
2 tsp. prepared horseradish
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 cup shredded fat-free sharp Cheddar cheese
Vegetable cooking spray |

- Combine all ingredients.
