in bold flavor and protein, this dip is wonderful
with chips, on rustic Italian bread or raw
crudités. I like it spread on semolina
bread topped with fresh basil leaves and roast
peppers. Sprinkle a bit of prepared tomato
salsa over the top if you like. |

| Ingredients: |

oz. cans white cannellini beans, rinsed and
drained
2 cloves garlic, peeled
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded
3 scallions, cut in 2 inch lengths
1 sprig fresh rosemary leaves minced or ½
teaspoon dried
1 teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon cumin, ground
6 sprigs of cilantro, minced
1 scoop GeniSoy®
Natural Protein Powder
1 cup 8th Continent™ Soymilk, plain
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon kosher salt
juice of 1 lime
