apple cider
1/4 cup orange juice
2 scoops Personal
Edge®Fat Metabolizer Drink MixVanilla
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ground allspice
Cinnamon stick for garnish (optional) |

| Instructions: |
- Combine first 5 ingredients in a small
saucepan
- Stirring occasionally, cook over low
heat 10 minutes
- Pour cider into a large mug.
- Garnish with cinnamon stick if desired
