| Ingredients: |

cup uncooked long grain rice
3 cups Original
8th Continent
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup melted butter |

| Instructions: |
- Lightly grease the dish in a 3 1/2-quart
or larger electric slow cooker.
- Put the rice into the cooker.
- Add the remaining ingredients, except
for the butter, and mix well.
- Pour the butter over the rice mixture.
- Cover and cook at high setting until
the rice has absorbed the liquid, about
4 hours.
- When ready to serve, spoon the pudding
into individual bowls and top with whipped
cream if desired.
