| Ingredients: |
1/2
cup skim milk
1 jar (7 oz.) roasted sweet red peppers, undrained
2 scoops Vanilla
Personal Edge® Fat Metabolizer Drink Mix
2 Tbsp. Neufchatel cheese, softened
2 tsp. white wine vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. prepared horseradish
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
Chopped parsley to garnish |

- Place all ingredients in a blender or
food processor fitted with a steel blade
- Process until smooth
- Transfer to a small saucepan
- Stirring occasionally, cook over medium
heat until heated through
- Spoon individual serving bowls and garnish
with chopped parsley if desired
