| Ingredients: |
1 cup
frozen unsweetened raspberries, thawed
1 cup fat-free vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup skim milk
2 scoops Personal
Edge®Fat Metabolizer Drink Mix Vanilla |

| Instructions: |
- In a blender or food processor fitted
with a steel blade, process raspberries
until pureed
- Strain raspberries; reserve puree and
discard seeds
- Return puree to blender
- Add remaining ingredients and process
until smooth
- Spoon into a 16-oz glass
