Raspberry Cream

Serves: 1 16-oz. Serving

Ingredients:
1 cup frozen unsweetened raspberries, thawed
1 cup fat-free vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup skim milk
2 scoops Personal Edge®Fat Metabolizer Drink Mix Vanilla
 
Instructions:
  1. In a blender or food processor fitted with a steel blade, process raspberries until pureed
  2. Strain raspberries; reserve puree and discard seeds
  3. Return puree to blender
  4. Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth
  5. Spoon into a 16-oz glass
