Bread Pudding with Whiskey Sauce

| Ingredients: |
1 cup
evaporated skim milk
1/4 cup nonfat egg substitute
2 scoops Vanilla
Personal Edge® Fat Metabolizer Drink Mix
3 Tbsp. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
3 slices raisin bread, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
Vegetable cooking spray
Whiskey Sauce Ingredients:
1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
1 Tbsp. water
2 Tbsp. whiskey
2 tsp. reduced-calorie margarine
1 tsp. cornstarch |

| Instructions: |
- Combine first 6 ingredients
- Beat with an electric mixer until well
blended
- Stir in bread
- Divide mixture evenly between two 6-oz.
oven-proof custard cups coated cooking
spray
- Place cups in an 8-inch square baking
pan6. Add hot water to pan to a depth
of 1 inch
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes
or until golden brown on top (pudding
will not be set in center)
- Serve warm. Spoon whisky sauce over
pudding
Instructions for Whiskey Sauce:
- Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan
- Cook over medium heat stirring constantly
until mixture thickens
