| Ingredients: |
Dry:
1 3/4 cups flour
1 1/2 scoops GeniSoy®
Ultra-XT Protein Powder
1 Tbsp. non-aluminum baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Liquid:
3/4 cup soymilk or soy yogurt
1/4 cup canola or soy oil |

| Instructions: |
- Preheat the oven to 400° F
- Mix the dry ingredients together in
a bowl
- Mix the soymilk or soy yogurt and oil
in a cup
- Pour into the dry ingredients
- Mix together with as few strokes as
possible.
- Roll out on a floured board, and cut
into biscuits, or drop onto a baking sheet
by spoonfuls
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until
browned
