Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spread
foil in 11"x13" pan and set aside.

Mix oats and sesame seeds and spread on
jelly roll or sheet pan. Toast lightly
in oven for 4-5 minutes. Place in
large wide mixing bowl and allow to cool.
Turn off oven.

Once oats and sesame seeds are cool, add
apricots, raisins, peanuts and soy protein
powder and mix well. Add morsels and
mix in.

In small heavy pot, heat canola oil and
when hot add brown rice syrup. Bring
to bubbling point, mix in peanut butter.
Pour mixture as widely as possible over
mixture in bowl and mix very quickly.
Spread into prepared pan and refrigerate
for about one hour. Remove and cut
into bars.
