Peach-Berry Fruit Smoothie

The creamy concoctions known as "Smoothies" first made appearances in health stores in the 70s. Specialty shops are whipping them up everywhere these days, but watch out for hidden fat content in all the "extras." This tasty take on fruit contains 0 grams of fat!

Ingredients:
1 15-oz. can of sliced peaches in lite syrup
1 12 oz. bag of frozen mixed berries (blueberry, blackberry, strawberry)
2 Tbsp. Honey
3 Tbsp. GeniSoy® Ultra-XT Vanilla Shake
1/2 tsp. Lemon juice
1/3 c non-fat plain yogurt
 
Instructions:
  1. Combine peaches (with syrup), yogurt, honey, lemon juice, and soy protein powder in blender and process at high speed for 30 seconds.
  2. Add frozen berries and mix until smooth.
  3. Pour into glasses and serve.
