| Ingredients: |
1 15-oz.
can of sliced peaches in lite syrup
1 12 oz. bag of frozen mixed berries (blueberry,
blackberry, strawberry)
2 Tbsp. Honey
3 Tbsp. GeniSoy®
Ultra-XT Vanilla Shake
1/2 tsp. Lemon juice
1/3 c non-fat plain yogurt |

| Instructions: |
- Combine peaches (with syrup), yogurt,
honey, lemon juice, and soy protein powder
in blender and process at high speed for
30 seconds.
- Add frozen berries and mix until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and serve.
