Ingredients:
8 tablespoons (1 stick) margarine,melted and cooled
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
1 1/2 teaspoons sweet paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
1 (12 ounce) box Perky's™ Nutty Grains & Soy™ Cereal
1 1/2 cups honey roasted peanuts
1 1/4 cups mini pretzel twists, fat-free
1 cup bite-sized oyster crackers
1 cup miniature cheese-flavored crackers

Instructions:

1. Position the rack in the center of the oven and preheat the oven to 250°F. Mix the melted margarine, Worcestershire sauce, cumin, onion powder, paprika, salt, garlic powder, and celery seeds in a medium bowl until uniform; set aside.

2. Place the Perky's Nutty Grains & Soy Cereal in a large bowl. Pour the margarine mixture over the cereal; toss to coat. Stir in the peanuts, pretzels, oyster crackers, and cheese-flavored crackers. Spread this mixture on a large lipped baking sheet (see NOTE).

3. Bake for 1 hour, tossing every 10 minutes, until deliciously fragrant and lightly browned. Cool on the baking sheet for 30 minutes, then serve; or continue cooling about 2 hours at room temperature, then transfer to a large air-tight container to store at room temperature for up to 5 days.

NOTE: If you don’t have a baking sheet large enough to hold all the mixture comfortably, use two baking sheets, but then position the racks in the top and bottom thirds of the oven. Rotate the sheets back to front and top to bottom after 30 minutes.
