Noodle Pudding

Ingredients:
½ lb. fine noodles
8oz. light cream cheese
1 pt. Fat free sour cream
½ stick margarine, softened
1 cup egg substitute
1 c. vanilla soymilk, such as 8th continent
1 c. sugar
1 lb. fat free cottage cheese
2 scoops Genisoy® Natural Soy Protein
1 c. raisins
 
Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Boil noodles according to package directions; drain and set aside. In a large bowl, beat the next 8 ingredients (cream cheese through GeniSoy powder) with electric mixer until smooth; add raisins and stir. Combine with noodles. Pour mixture into a 13"x9" pan.
  3. Bake for one hour. Serve hot or cold.
