Mori-Nu Hawaiian Smoothie

Serves: 2 10-oz. servings

Ingredients:
1 cup pineapple juice, unsweetened
1 cup crushed pineapple (fresh or use one 8 oz. can)
2 Tbsp apricot jam
1-12.3 oz. pkg Mori-Nu® Silken Lite Tofu Firm
1 ripe banana
 
Instructions:
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Whip until smooth. Chill or blend in a few ice cubes. Serve cold.
