Olive
oil-flavored cooking spray
1 cup chopped sweet red pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can (29 oz.) tomato sauce
1 can (14 1/2 oz.) Italian-style stewed tomatoes,
undrained, chopped
1 tsp. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
2 scoops Vanilla

| Instructions: |
- Coat a small saucepan with cooking spray
- Combine pepper, onion, parsley, and
garlic in saucepan
- Spray vegetables with cooking spray
- Cook until onion is tender, stirring
frequently
- Stir in next 8 ingredients
- Bring to a boil
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer
20 minutes
- Remove from heat
- Stir in Personal Edge® Drink Mix
- Serve over pasta
