Little
Moroccan Meatballs from the Spice Market
|
| Steve
Petusevsky |
| Serves: 4 |
| |
| Intense
and aromatic, these little turkey meatballs
pack a punch from the toasted spices wrapped
inside. Garam masala is an Indian spice mixture
available in many gourmet markets and ethnic
spice shops. You may use curry powder as well.
Serve them over couscous or braised greens.
You can simmer them in marinara sauce after
baking for a saucy version. They also make
a wonderful sandwich with melted cheese over
the top. |
