| Ingredients: |
8 cups
water
6 oz. uncooked fettuccine
3/4 cup broccoli flowerets
3/4 cup sliced carrots
6 spears asparagus, cut into 2-inch pieces
1 Tbsp. light vegetable margarine
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 cups skim milk
1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground white pepper
1/8 tsp. ground oregano
3 scoops Vanilla

| Instructions: |
- In a Dutch oven, bring water to a boil
- Add fettuccine, broccoli, carrots, and
asparagus
- Bring to a boil again and cook 6 to
8 minutes or until pasta and vegetables
are tender
- Drain; rinse with hot water and drain
- In a medium saucepan, melt butter over
medium heat
- Stir in flour and cook 1 minute
- Whisk milk into flour
- Stir in next 5 ingredients
- Stirring constantly bring to a boil
and cook 1 minute longer
- Remove from heat
- Stir in Personal Edge®Drink Mix
- Pour over pasta and vegetables
- If desired sprinkle with Parmesan
