| Ingredients: |
1 1/3
cups chopped pineapple, or 1 cup frozen pineapple
concentrate
2 2/3 cups cold water plus
1/4 cup sweetener, or 3 cups of your favorite
fruit juice
1 cup crumbled firm silken tofu
1 1/2 scoops GeniSoy®
Ultra-XT Protein Powder
1/4 cup lemon juice
12 ice cubes |

| Instructions: |
- Place all the ingredients, except the
ice cubes, in a blender, and process until
smooth.
- Add as many of the ice cubes as your
blender will hold, and grind up with the
mixture until frothy
- Place any remaining ice cubes in serving
glasses
- Pour over the blended mixture
- Serve immediately
