Ingredients:
1 1/3 cups chopped pineapple, or 1 cup frozen pineapple concentrate
2 2/3 cups cold water plus
1/4 cup sweetener, or 3 cups of your favorite fruit juice
1 cup crumbled firm silken tofu
1 1/2 scoops GeniSoy® Ultra-XT Protein Powder
1/4 cup lemon juice
12 ice cubes
 
Instructions:
  1. Place all the ingredients, except the ice cubes, in a blender, and process until smooth.
  2. Add as many of the ice cubes as your blender will hold, and grind up with the mixture until frothy
  3. Place any remaining ice cubes in serving glasses
  4. Pour over the blended mixture
  5. Serve immediately
