Lasagna Rolls

Lasagna with a twist!  A favorite, with the filling of soy meat and spices all rolled up in a wide noodle.

Ingredients:
6 lasagna noodles
1 pkg. Gimme Lean™ Beef flavor
¼ cup parmesan cheese
1 T. basil
1 T. oregano
2 c. spaghetti sauce, divided
½ cup low fat mozzarella cheese, shredded
 
Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions.
  2. In medium bowl, mix together GimmeLean!, parmesan cheese, basil, oregano and ½ cup spaghetti sauce.
  3. Pour 1 cup spaghetti sauce on the bottom of a 13"x9" pan. Divide GimmeLean mixture into 6 equal portions. Spread each portion along the entire length of each lasagna noodle. Starting at one long end, roll up each lasagna noodle. Place, seam side down, on top of spaghetti sauce in prepared pan. Spread remaining ½ cup sauce on top of each roll. Sprinkle each roll with mozzarella cheese.
  4. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
