| Ingredients: |

Oil to pan fry (olive, canola, garlic)
1 medium onion, 1" diced
1 red pepper, 1" diced
1 green pepper, 1" diced
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
2 cups tomato sauce (thin style)
1 tablespoon basil
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon marjoram
1 tablespoon tamari
1 tablespoon honey (or 3 tablespoons rice
syrup) |

| Instructions: |
- Heat oil in a 10" skillet and pan
fry whole Italian Lean LinksTM until golden
brown
- Cut into 1" pieces. Set aside.
- In the same skillet, saute onions and
peppers with sea salt until onions are
translucent. Top with fried Italian Lean
Links pieces.
- Add tomato sauce, herbs, garlic, tamari,
and sweetener. Stir gently. Cover and
simmer on low heat for 15 minutes. Serve
hot over pasta or on toasted Italian bread.
