cooked garbonzo beans

Natural Protein Powder
1/4 cup bean stack leftover from cooking (or
juice left in the can if using canned beans)
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 cloves garlic
1 Tbsp. chipped fresh parley
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. tahini |
