Fruit with Honey-Yogurt and Granola

The pleasing contrast in textures and flavors combined with juicy fresh fruit makes this salad a healthy way to start the day. Other fruits to use are plums, nectarines, blueberries, kiwi, honeydew melon, and watermelon.
 
Measures Translation Table
 
Ingredients:
2 cups vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup honey
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 cups Zoe Flax and Soy Granola Cereal
Assorted fresh fruit (such as fresh pineapple, strawberries and cantaloupe), cut into wedges or bite-size pieces
 
Instructions:
  1. In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, honey and cinnamon and mix well.
  2. Put the Zoe Flax and Soy Granola Cereal into another small bowl.
  3. Arrange the fruit on a serving platter.
  4. Place the bowls near the fruit.
  5. To serve, first dip the fruit into the yogurt mixture, then into the granola.
