pleasing contrast in textures and flavors
combined with juicy fresh fruit makes this
salad a healthy way to start the day. Other
fruits to use are plums, nectarines, blueberries,
kiwi, honeydew melon, and watermelon. |

| Ingredients: |
2 cups
vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup honey
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 cups Zoe
Flax and Soy Granola Cereal
Assorted fresh fruit (such as fresh pineapple,
strawberries and cantaloupe), cut into wedges
or bite-size pieces |

| Instructions: |
- In a small bowl, combine the yogurt,
honey and cinnamon and mix well.
- Put the
Zoe
Flax and Soy Granola Cereal into another small bowl.
- Arrange
the fruit on a serving platter.
- Place the bowls near the fruit.
- To serve, first dip the fruit into the
yogurt mixture, then into the granola.
