Virgin Frozen Bloody Mary

Here’s a frozen version of the quintessential brunch drink. Be sure to freeze the tomatoes the night before serving.

Ingredients:
1 3/4 pounds sweet cherry or grape tomatoes, stemmed (about 4 1/2 cups)
3/4 cup chilled vodka (optional)
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (about 3 lemons)
1/4 cup Natural Flavor GeniSoy® Soy Protein Powder
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce, or to taste
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Celery stalks for garnish
 
Instructions:
  1. Freeze the tomatoes overnight.
  2. In a blender, combine the frozen tomatoes, vodka, lemon juice, Natural Flavor GeniSoy® Soy Protein Powder, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, salt and pepper.
  3. Process until smooth but still thick.
  4. Divide the mixture among chilled glasses and garnish with celery stalks.
  5. Serve right away.
