| Heres
a frozen version of the quintessential brunch
drink. Be sure to freeze the tomatoes the
night before serving. |

| Ingredients: |
1 3/4
pounds sweet cherry or grape tomatoes, stemmed
(about 4 1/2 cups)
3/4 cup chilled vodka (optional)
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (about 3 lemons)
1/4 cup Natural
Flavor GeniSoy® Soy Protein Powder
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce, or to taste
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Celery stalks for garnish |

| Instructions: |
- Freeze the tomatoes overnight.
- In a blender, combine the frozen tomatoes,
vodka, lemon juice, Natural
Flavor GeniSoy® Soy Protein Powder,
horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, hot
pepper sauce, salt and pepper.
- Process until smooth but still thick.
- Divide the mixture among chilled glasses
and garnish with celery stalks.
- Serve right away.
