| Ingredients: |
4 cups
chopped broccoli (flowers, stalk, and upper
stems)
3 cups cubed potatoes
3 cups water
1 cup chopped parsley
1/2 cup chopped fresh dill
2 scoops GeniSoy®
Ultra-XT Protein Powder (1/2 cup)
1/2 cup nutritional yeast 2 tablespoons soy
sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 cup chopped onion |

| Instructions: |
- In a soup pot, boil the broccoli, potatoes,
and onion in the water for 10 minutes.
- Add the parsley and dill to the boiling
vegetables, and simmer for 5 more minutes.
- In a blender or food processor, blend
the contents of the soup pot along with
the dissolved protein powder and nutritional
yeast & soy sauce in small batches
.
- Do not overfill the blender or food
processor .
- Put the blended soup back on the stove,
and heat slowly but do not boil .
- Add the salt and serve hot.
