Double Chocolate Pudding

Serves: 4 (1/2 cup servings)
 

This stovetop pudding is simple to make. It's a good thing, because it's deep chocolate flavor and creamy texture, will beckon you to make it over and over again.

Serve this delicious dessert with a dollop of whipped topping and a couple of chocolate chips.

Ingredients:
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 unsweetened cocoa powder
1 scoop GeniSoy® Soy Protein Shake Chocolate
2 T. cornstarch
2 cups 1% fat vanilla soy milk
 
Instructions:
  1. In a medium saucepan stir together the sugar, cocoa powder, GeniSoy Chocolate Soy Protein Powder and cornstarch. Mix until lump-free.
  2. Gradually stir in the soymilk and mix until lump-free. Over medium heat, bring to a boil while constantly stirring.
  3. Cook and stir 1 additional minute. Pour into 4 custard cups. Cover and chill.
