| Ingredients: |
Dry
1 1/2 scoops GeniSoy®
Ultra-XT Vanilla Shake (1/2 cup plus 2
Tbsp.)
6 Tbsp. unbleached flour
1/4 tsp. salt
Wet
2 cups vanilla soymilk
1 Tbsp. Oil |

| Instructions: |
- Stir the dry ingredients together in
a bowl
- Pour in the soymilk and whip
- Add 1 1/2 tsp. of the oil to a hot non-stick
crepe pan, then roll and turn the pan
to cover the bottom with the oil
- Pour in 1/2 cup of crepe batter, and
immediately roll and turn the pan so it
is evenly covered with the batter
- Cook over medium-heat until the crepe
starts to bubble and pull away from the
side until it show flecks of golden color
- Prepare the remaining crepe batter the
same way. Serve hot
