| Ingredients: |
2 cups
flour
1 cup Vanilla
Personal Edge® Fat Metabolizing Drink
Mix
3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup orange juice
2 eggs
1/3 cup soy oil
3/4 cup dried or chopped fresh cranberries
1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
1 T. grated orange peel |

| Instructions: |
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Grease and flour the bottom of a 9x5-inch
pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour,
Personal Edge® powder, sugar, baking
powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat orange juice,
eggs, oil, and orange peel until thoroughly
mixed. Add to dry ingredients, mixing
until just combined.
- Stir in cranberries and pecans (is using).
- Spoon batter into prepared pan.
- Bake 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick
inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool 10 minutes, remove from pan. Cool
completely.
