Cranberries Currants Butter Cookies

Store these delicious cookies in an air tight container in the freezer; defrost on the kitchen counter for a quick treat.

PREP & BAKE TIME: 25 minutes

Ingredients:
2 sticks butter, softened
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 cups flour
1 box Zoe Foods Flax & Soy Granola Cranberries Currants
 
Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Beat butter, brown sugar, white sugar and eggs together until smooth. Stir in vanilla, salt, baking soda and nutmeg. Add the entire box of Zoe Foods Flax & Soy Granola and flour until well blended.
  3. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet and bake in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes. Cool on baking sheet 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
