Crab Dip

Serves: makes 3 cups, 9 1/3 cup servings
 

This dip is so delicious and creamy, no one will suspect that tofu is an ingredient. Just be ready to be asked for the recipe!

PREP TIME: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
10 oz. cream of mushroom soup
1 (12.3 oz) pkg. Mori-Nu®Extra Firm Lite Tofu
3 oz. cream cheese
3 green onions, finely chopped
1 1/2 cup celery finely chopped
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 T. pimento, chopped
12 oz. crab meat
 
Instructions:

Place soup, tofu and cream cheese in the workbowl of a food processor. Process until smooth. Pour into a medium bowl and blend in remaining ingredients. Chill for at least 4 hours.
