Dry:
1 1/2 cups cornmeal
1 1/4 cups unbleached flour
1 scoop GeniSoy®
Ultra-XT Protein Powder
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. non-aluminum baking powder
2 Tbsp. sweetener
Liquid:
1/4 cup oil
2 cups soymilk |

| Instructions: |
- Preheat the oven to 400° F
- Mix the dry ingredients together in
a bowl
- Pour the oil and soymilk into the dry
ingredients and mix until moistened
- Pour into oiled muffin tins
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until browned.
