| Ingredients: |
1 cup
old-fashioned rolled oats
1 1/4 cups cold water
1/2 cup apple juice
2 Tbsp. Chopped dried apples
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Tiny pinch of salt
2 Tbsp. Of GeniSoy®
Ultra-XT Protein Powder
Flavoring options:
Sweetener of your choice
2 tsp. organic flax oil
2 Tbsp. Chopped walnuts, almonds, or pecans,
raw or lightly pan toasted |

| Instructions: |
- Combine all the ingredients, except
the protein powder and flavoring options,
in a medium saucepan.
- Bring to a boil.
- Cover and reduce the heat to low.
- Simmer 5 minutes, stirring once or twice.
- Remove from the heat, add the protein
powder, cover.
- Let sit for 2 to 5 minutes.
- Stir in the sweetener and flax oil,
if using.
- Sprinkle 1 Tbsp. nuts over each serving
if desired.
