3 Tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate
2 scoops (1/2 cup) Slim

Flavor
1/2 cup low fat or skim milk |

the ice, frozen yogurt, juice concentrate,
and protein powder in a blender. Pour in the
milk. Whirl until the ice is completely blended.
