Chocolate Orange Shake

This soy smoothie is like the creamy milk shakes whipped up at an old-fashioned soda fountain.

Chocolate and orange are a brilliant combination. Using frozen juice concentrate adds the benefits of nearly an entire glass of orange juice to this thick drink. Blending in frozen yogurt makes it luxurious while keeping down the calories and fat. Sinful at breakfast, this soy drink is also sustaining for lunch and it makes an energizing snack.

Ingredients:
2 ice cubes
1 cup chocolate frozen yogurt
3 Tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate
2 scoops (1/2 cup) Slim Fast® with Soy Protein Chocolate Delite Flavor
1/2 cup low fat or skim milk
 
Instructions:
Place the ice, frozen yogurt, juice concentrate, and protein powder in a blender. Pour in the milk. Whirl until the ice is completely blended. Pour into a glass. Serve immediately.
