Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Serves: 6 cookies, 3 cookies per serving

Ingredients:
2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
1 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp. reduced-calorie margarine, softened
2 1/2 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
3 1/2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
3 scoops Vanilla Personal Edge® Fat Metabolizing Drink Mix
1/8 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
2 Tbsp. mini semisweet chocolate chips
Vegetable cooking spray
 
Instructions:
  1. Cream sugars and margarine until fluffy
  2. Beat in water, corn syrup, and vanilla
  3. Stir together flour, Personal Edge® Mix, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon
  4. Stir dry ingredients into creamed mixture, mixing until well blended
  5. Stir in oats and chocolate chips
  6. Spoon heaping tablespoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet coated with cooking spray
  7. Shape dough into a circle, flattening slightly
  8. Bake at 350° F for 15 to 18 minutes or until edges begin to brown
  9. Cool completely on a wire rack
