| Ingredients: |
1 (18.25oz)
yellow cake mix
1 (3 1/8oz) chocolate pudding mix
1 box Mori-Nu®
Tofu Firm Lite, pureed
4 large eggs
½ cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup chocolate chips
4 T. light rum, optional |

| Instructions: |
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spray a bundt pan with vegetable cooking
spray. Puree tofu. In a large bowl, mix
all the above together with an electric
mixer until well blended together.
- Pour into prepared bundt pan and bake
1 hour.
