| Ingredients: |
2 cups
unbleached flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp. non-aluminum baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (12.3-oz) package firm silken tofu, crumbled
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 scoops GeniSoy®
Ultra-XT Vanilla Shake (1/2 cup)
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans |

| Instructions: |
- Preheat the oven to 350° F
- Mix together the flours, baking powder,
baking soda, and salt in a bowl
- In a mixer, beat together the tofu,
brown sugar, oil, vanilla, and protein
powder until creamy
- Add the chocolate chips and nuts, and
beat again just until blended
- Spread the batter into a 9x13-inch pan,
and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until
golden brown
