This
delicious dessert bakes into a moist cake
atop mocha flavored pudding. Just another
simple and great tasting example of how to
add soy protein to your diet.

| Ingredients: |
1 cup
all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 scoops Slimfast®
with Soy Protein Café Mocha
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup skim milk or soymilk
2 T. margarine, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup sugar
2 scoopsSlimfast® with Soy Protein Café
Mocha
1 1/3 cup skim milk or soymilk, warmed |

| Instructions: |
- Heat oven to 350°F. In medium bowl,
combine flour, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 scoops
Slimfast® with Soy Protein Café
Mocha, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add 1/2 cup milk, melted margarine, and
vanilla; mix until well blended. Spread
into ungreased 8-inch square glass dish.
- In small bowl, stir together 3/4 cup
sugar with 2 scoops Slimfast® with
Soy Protein Café Mocha. Sprinkle
evenly over cake batter. Pour 1 1/3 cup
warmed milk over sugar mixture.
- Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes, or
until center is set. To serve, spoon warm
cake into dessert dishes.
The pudding layer will be on the bottom
of this dessert. When serving, you can spoon
the pudding on top of the cake and then
top with a small bit of whipped topping.
