| A
blancmange is a simple, light, cornstarch-thickened
pudding - a perfect dessert after a filling
meal. This version is super-easy, as
the Hansen's Soy Smoothie is so flavorful,
all you need to do is thicken it. Make
this at least 4 hours ahead of time, so it
can set up and cool. |

| Instructions: |

1.
Place the cornstarch in a medium-small
saucepan. Drizzle in the Hansen's
Soy Smoothie, whisking as you go to keep
it smooth.
2.
Cook the mixture over medium heat, whisking
steadily. After several minutes of
cooking, it will begin to thicken.
When the mixture becomes thick enough to
coat a spoon, remove the pan from the stove
and transfer the hot pudding into 2 6-ounce
ramekins or custard cups. Allow to
cool to room temperature (it will thicken
further) then cover each ramekin tightly
with plastic wrap and refrigerate until
time to serve.
3.
Serve with whipped cream and berries, if
desired.
