| Ingredients: |
Vegetable
cooking spray
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 scoops Chocolate
Personal Edge® Fat Metabolizing Drink
Mix
3 Tbsp. granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 cup skim milk
2 tsp. reduced-calorie margarine, melted
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tsp. chopped pecans |

| Instructions: |
- Coat two 10-oz. oven-proof custard cups
with cooking spray
- Combine next 5 ingredients
- Stir in milk, margarine, and vanilla;
mix until well blended
- Pour evenly into cups
- Sprinkle pecans evenly over top of pudding
- Place cups on a baking sheet
- Bake at 350° F for 25 to 30 minutes
or until edges begin to pull away from
sides of cup (pudding will not be set
in center)
- Cool 10 minutes and serve warm
